Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept unworn, unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase for an exchange. Please return items with a copy of the invoice and state the reason for the return. Customers must return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

We offer a full amount credit voucher, which can be used to shop for your favorite products on our website. The voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of issuance. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We do not offer cash returns.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S) & GET A CREDIT VOUCHER:

  1. COMPLETE EXCHANGE FORM If you wish to exchange any portion of your online order, please complete the Exchange Form and include it with your return shipment. Don't have an Exchange Form? [Provide instructions or link to obtain the form].

  2. REPACK MERCHANDISE Ensure the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Exchange Form, are included with your return shipment.

IMPORTANT: We do not offer cash refunds. We only issue credit vouchers.
